Dr. Foltz is a professor of information systems in the department of Management, Marketing, and Information Systems at the University of Tennessee at Martin.  Dr. Foltz earned a doctorate and MBA at the University of Arkansas and holds an undergraduate degree from Missouri State University.  His research interests include information systems security, cyberterrorism, privacy, database, e-commerce, and small business information systems.  Dr. Foltz’ research has been published in journals such as Communications of the ACM, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Information Management and Computer Security, the Journal of Computer Information Systems, and the Journal of Internet Commerce.  In addition, Dr. Foltz is an associate editor for Expert Systems with Applications, a member of the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Computer Information Systems and is a reviewer for several journals, including Industrial Management and Data Systems and Expert Systems with Applications.
